Writers Exchange E-Publishing has been owned and run by Sandy Cummins since its inception in December 2000. It has been producing electronic books since that time. To learn more about the business please click on the "For Writers" side menu.
WEE ebooks are available in 10 formats for novels and children's illustrated ebooks have two formats. If you do not see a format choice on the book you are buying, it means that when you download the book, ALL formats will be available for you to download. Eventually all our books will be sold in this way, if you buy the book you get every format it is made in.
Our book formats are: pdf (adobe), html (opens in your browser), Microsoft Reader (lit), Mobipocket Unencrypted (prc), Ebookwise (imp 1150), imp 2150 (color version), Rocket, Palm/Ebookreader, exe (Windows executable, this one shows the pages flipping) and dnl (also a windows-only format that has the pages flipping on screen). Kids' books are available in pdf and Flip Album (a page flipping version). Some of these require special programs to open, which you will find on the download page.
If you choose an author or illustrator from the drop down menu, and their page tells you that they have no books for sale that is because this site accesses not only Writers Exchange's authors but also the complete listing from our distribution site, Reader's Eden Ebook Mall.

| Ebooks with pages that turn like a print book:

By customer request, we also have our novels in two "page flipping" formats. These new formats are specially made files that make the ebook appear similar to a print book with pages that flip over as you turn the page.
We already had page-flipping formats for picture books (Flip Album), but these are specifically for novels. These two formats are: .dnl and .exe. The exe is a normal Windows executable file, so the moment you click on it (after saving it on your hard drive) it will run in Windows. The other requires the download of the dnl reading software. You can download this here.
Just to give you a preview of what these books look like I have made an excerpt of one of our romance novels. Unlike the full book, these files are designed for you to share with your friends.

Not all books are available in this format at this time, but we will be working on getting all Writers Exchange novels into these formats as quickly as possible, we will be starting with Romance novels and all New Releases.
